Your Apartment in the Jungle

The one bedroom is bright and open — floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to two private terraces, pulling in natural light and keeping a breeze moving through the space. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room keep it comfortable when you need them. One terrace looks out over the garden and pool from the bedroom. The other is off the living room, good for morning coffee or a drink at the end of the day.

The full kitchen is what makes it feel like a home rather than a hotel room: four-burner stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave. There’s more dining space than two people need, and plenty of room for your bags if you’re staying a while. Cook when you want to, walk to Rossina, Alegria, or Matcha Mama when you don’t. The building runs on solar. It’s the kind of place that makes a week feel like the right amount of time.

Gaby and Luli are with you throughout — airport transfers, bicycle rentals, cenote tours, dinner reservations, a private chef for a special meal, and rooftop massages on request. Guests ask for them by name when they return.

You’re in Aldea Zama — Tulum’s quiet, safe residential neighborhood between the beach and town. The shared rooftop infinity pool looks out over the treetops and is usually quiet.

A few honest notes: the beach is about a mile away — a 5-minute scooter ride or quick taxi. Regional power outages occasionally occur throughout Tulum.

Prefer more space? The one bedroom also books together with the two studio suites as the full 3-bedroom penthouse — three private suites, space for six.

Every suite has a premium king mattress chosen by the owner, a physical therapist. Firm support, the right amount of padding. Guests mention the sleep in their reviews.

“The best support via WhatsApp — kind, considerate and prompt. Beautiful space and location. Absurd ease getting taxis, scooters and bikes through the concierge. Amazing wifi and a stream-capable TV for working and staying in at night. A tremendous experience. The very best space in Aldea Zama.”

“Great stay at a gorgeous place. Clean. Private. A little off the main path yet close to pretty much everything. Restaurants within walking distance and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The rooftop pool was lovely and often we were the only ones up there. Looked like the pictures.”

“Best Airbnb I've stayed in to date! Gaby is absolutely wonderful — she helped us set up a rental car, arranged our COVID-19 exams with same-day results at our door, and set up our couples massages right inside the Airbnb. The place was spotless. I can't wait to come back and stay here again.”

“I've stayed in two Highline places and loved this one the best. The balcony off the kitchen was great for breakfast or late-night conversation among the tropical trees. They've put a lot of attention into small details and it had everything I needed. Very safe area with a 24-hour front desk.”

“We've had a delightful stay. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and there are ample spaces to unwind. The pool is beautiful and well-maintained, offering a spectacular sunset view. Within walking distance we discovered a charming outdoor cenote. We highly recommend this place!”
