Groceries
Fresh Market — Walkable from the property, right in Aldea Zama. Fresh produce, local staples, and the quickest stop for everyday needs.
Chedraui — One of Mexico’s main supermarket chains. Full selection: produce, meat, wine, household items, everything for a week’s stay.
La Comer — Well-stocked supermarket, good for specialty and imported items alongside everyday groceries.
Takeout & Delivery
Tomato — Tulum’s own delivery service. Local restaurants, groceries, and spots that are not always on the bigger apps.
Gyms
Rooftop Fitness Center — Inside the Hunab Ku centre in Aldea Zama, which makes it the one you can walk to from the property. Rooftop setup with cardio, free weights and a functional area, plus classes. Day pass around 400 pesos; open early until late on weekdays, shorter hours on Sunday.
Star Fit Gym — On 3 Poniente, just west of Aldea Zama and about a kilometre and a half out. A local chain with gyms here and in Cancún. Day pass is 300 pesos on their own site, and they open early through to late on weekdays.
Smart Fit — On Avenida Cobá, the same road that runs past Aldea Zama, heading toward town. Mexico’s big budget chain, so the equipment will feel familiar if you have used one elsewhere. The cheapest option by some way: day passes start around 99 pesos and monthly plans from roughly 299, though rates vary by branch.
Tuk Fit Tulum — In the Tuk Tulum plaza right beside Chedraui, a short bike ride or quick taxi away. The one to pick if you want more than a session or two: roughly $10 USD for a day, $20 for three days, $40 for a week, $50 for a month. Certified coaches and weekly classes.
Prices as of 26 August 2026. Gyms change their rates, so it is worth confirming when you arrive.
